About Us
Samantha Joder founded Kaleidoscope Events in 2018, shortly after she realized the necessity of a proficient wedding planner when key moments were missed in her own wedding. From this experience, she made it her personal mission to ensure that other couples had their special day exactly how they wanted it. Detail-oriented, Samantha turned her negative experience and perfectionism into a fast-growing event-planning service where her job is to plan and execute events with the goal of creating lifelong memories!
Understanding how much it means to have your perfect day... well, perfect, Samantha and her team of innovative wedding planners, coordinators, and designers make sure it is just that: perfect.

Born and raised in the Berkshires, I travel not just back and forth from my home in Boston, but also around the globe! I’ve always had a deep passion for organizing and planning, and I believe that every special event deserves to be stunning! With this philosophy in mind I founded Kaleidoscope Events. I’ll work day and night to guarantee that your next event will be filled with unforgettable moments!
Whether your event is in town, another country, or between the two, I'll be there every step of the way orchestrating the most memorable event!

Hi! I'm Demitre, Berkshire born mixed with a little Midwest love. Momma of two beautiful children and three rambunctious fur babies. Nurse by day. Helping people is the thing that feeds my soul. I’m a lover of sunshine, bare feet, and food trucks. Oh, and of course wine and cheese!
I have a true passion for event coordinating and party planning, it’s always been a passion of mine. Coordinating is my niche and when it comes to detail, I’m your girl! I look forward to working with you and turning my creativity into your dreams.

I'm Biana, a former Florida girl, I've lived in and around the Boston for the last 14 years, now calling the North Shore home. When I'm not chasing my two kids, I live for all things girly! Give me a touch of sparkle, a great romcom, a dash of whimsy, or a great book and I'm in my element.
I've been planning for nearly ten years and I love seeing a couple through to their new adventure as newlyweds! I'm here to ensure every element aligns seamlessly, leaving you free to enjoy magical moments!

Hey y’all! Born & raised in Houston, TX, I knew the NE would eventually be my home. A decade & 2 kids later, it’s safe to say we aren’t going anywhere!
My background is in TV production where the details are key, but having a positive outlook is just as important. This is why event coordinating & planning comes naturally to me. It helps that I’m also a yoga teacher & am able to help my clients just breathe & breeze through the day. Looking forward to meeting ya’ll!
